Certificate IV in Training and Assessment used to be the ticket that let a tradesperson stand in front of a group and call it nationally recognised delivery. The unit codes have changed. The job has not: plan the learning, deliver it so mixed rooms can keep up, assess competence against a unit, and validate the tools so the outcome still means something in another RTO.

These guides are written for people who train on the tools, not only in a college room. If you are mapping a session plan, wrestling with LLN, or wondering whether your assessment is just a long quiz, start here.
